In order to streamline and simplify Haskell’s evaluation of subcontractors and vendors, we have developed an on-line Vendor Management System. This system will enable you to:
- Register your company on our website with your email address.
- Receive a password to the Vendor Qualification system.
- Enter your prequalification data into a web-based form.
- Submit your form to our central vendor database that is accessible to all Haskell estimators and project management for developing bid lists.
- Receive annual notices to update your information.
You can access the on-line Vendor Management System at https://vendor.haskell.com.
Yearly e-mail reminders to update your information will be generated. Once registered, having the following information available will help you fill out the form. You will be asked for Federal Identification Number, Business Type, Officers/Ownership, Safety Information for past three years (EMR, Number of OSHA Recordable Incidents etc), Revenue for past three years, Current workload, current backlog of work to complete. Insurance limits Project References, Supplier/Credit References.
You will have the ability to attach any documentation that you feel is pertinent. Helpful tips: Save work as you go or move from page to page. Items flagged with a * are mandatory fields and must be completed before you will be allowed to finalize your submission to the database.
