Project Highlights:

• Construction management-at-risk contract for major redevelopment of the cargo and cruise operations at the Port of Miami
• In addition to CM-at-risk role, Haskell delivered many of the projects as design-builder
• Maintenance of traffic, coordination with Port users, and passenger safety at the Port were a primary focus throughout construction
• Diverse individual projects included:
  • Highway, bridge, and multi-modal transportation facilities
  • Heavy marine construction, wharves, bulkheads, mooring and fendering
  • Parking garages and industrial buildings
  • Cargo terminal facilities
  • Site, utilities and drainage
  • Rail relocation
