Project Highlights:

• Design-build Intermodal Transportation Facility and 1,474-space parking structure
• Transit terminal for bus/tram service was located on the ground floor, serving as a transfer point for buses, trolleys and trams 
• Included four glass-back elevators and provisions for a future pedestrian walkway
• 10,000 SF of tenant space at the ground floor for an indoor entertainment and restaurant area
