As part of the ongoing improvements to the Miami Homestead International Speedway, MHIS, a new two story suite and club were built for the final round of the 2005 Nextel Cup Chase.

The structure was designed and built in six months to accommodate an 812 person Club on one level with sixteen 32 person suites above, all located above and behind the existing Turn One Stand.

The structure includes three elevators, food preparation and staging areas, bars, concessions, and rooftop camera positions.
