When the Association of Tennis Professionals sought a home for touring members they engaged Haskell to provide turnkey agreement that included site procurement, design and construction.

The 11-acre complex includes a tri-level clubhouse, stadium court seating for 2,500 and 11-multi-surfaced tennis courts.

The Club house is designed as a home for touring professionals and includes dining, pro-shop, sports medicine and state-of-the-art training equipment.

The complex has since been sold and is now The Volles School, a co-educational college preparatory facility.
