Project Highlights:

• Complete construction services for a pedestrian bridge over Heckscher Drive, a heavily traveled roadway
• Construction of a new 500-space parking lot to accommodate U.S. Navy personnel
• 10 foot wide, 103 foot long bridge will provide Navy personnel a safe crossing over Heckscher Drive
• The all-steel pre-fabricated bridge significantly reduced construction time and maintenance costs
• It is anticipated that the bridge may be moved to a different location in the future, and the use of this type of structure will be more conducive to relocation
• Provided design, civil engineering, permitting and construction
• Project components included complete site construction, bridge construction, roadway widening, drainage construction, utility coordination, logistical services, landscaping, lighting and maintenance of traffic
