Haskell is part of a development team providing a comprehensive financial, design and construction solution for the municipal parking garage needs of the City of Jacksonville, Florida.  Our services include finance, design, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of three (3) new parking garages, that combined, provide the city with more than 2,700 structured parking spaces.  This includes the Arena Garage, Downtown Garage, and Sports Complex Garage.

This public-private partnership will ensure the City's immediate need for parking is met and the following benefits are realized:

• Tax revenue to City
• No impact on City's bonding capacity
• Ability for City to attract downtown development
• Job creation during and after construction
• Furtherance of City's desire to engage small and emerging businesses
• Local capital expenditures through use of local subcontractors and vendors
