Project Highlights:

• 48,000 s.f. renovation of 100 year old historical foundry at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard
• Installation of new clearstory windows; refurbishment of the existing 100 year old windows and doors
• Removal and replacement of original slate roof and build-up roof
• Removal/disposal of lead paint and asbestos
• Clean all structural steel and metal deck; paint walls, structural steel and metal deck
• Mechanical repairs and electrical changes/upgrades
