• 39,755 s.f. design-build 3-story tilt-up/brick veneer waterfront research facility designed according to LEED standards
• 3,290 s.f. high bay with bridge crane, chiller and boiler, interior and exterior water test tanks/pools, security systems and multiple office laboratories
• Dock, boat hoist, boat ramp and fuel farm
• Relocation of oily water waste facility and demolition of 12 existing buildings
• Blast resistance provided by concrete tilt-up panel construction 
• On time delivery despite being impacted by 5 named tropical storms and direct hits from Hurricanes Dennis and Ivan
• Five-year maintenance program provided
