Project Highlights:

• 22,000 s.f. design-build renovation/upgrade of an existing exchange facility into a combination MCX and Marine Mart Facility
• First exchange delivered with USACFSC new design standards for MCX stores
• Existing building was gutted to shell; New HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ceramic tile, carpet and base, doors, frames, hardware, bath accessories, fire sprinkler system, painting, windows, new partitions, flooring, equipment and wall/ceiling finishes
• Barber shop and customer service/seamstress work areas
