Project Highlights:

• 330,000 s.f. greenfield plant located at the Mariscala beauty care mega-site, including raw material and finished product warehouses, manufacturing and packing areas and support areas buildings.
• P&G selected Haskell to develop an RFP and was awarded on a competitive bid the design and construction of the new facility.
• Designed and built in less than twelve (12) months, the project required extensive sitework including excavation of aprox. 250,000 CY of rock material.
• Building and process utilities included steam, heavy fuel oil, chilled water, hot and cold process water and compressed air.
