In order to develop a sustainable multi-specialty medical network to serve the community, Medical Equities Partners, Ltd., was formed, consisting of approximately 80 area physicians.  The majority of these physicians are specialists whose practices often require outpatient surgical facilities.

To reach the goal established by the partnership, Haskell was retained to design and construct an ambulatory surgical center to be used by both partners and non-partners.

After occupying their ambulatory surgery center, Medical Equities Partners, Ltd. awarded a contract to Haskell to design and build a three-story, 40,000 SF medical office building adjacent to the center.

This office building completed the Medial Partners campus, and the owner-user relationship should enable the complex to compete very successfully with the other freestanding facilities and hospitals that perform outpatient surgery.
