In an effort to provide a clinical setting and patient base for its resident training program in family practice, the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville plans to build several primary care centers in the northeast Florida and southeast Georgia areas.  Haskell was selected to provide design-build services for the first of those centers located in Jacksonville Beach.

Mayo facilities are designed and built with functionality and life cycle cost as primary considerations.  These objectives were achieved through the use of a creative design and efficient construction means and methods.

This primary care center translates the professional image of the Mayo Clinic into a residential scale and format that is both functional and user-friendly.
