Project Highlights:

• 100,000 s.f. structural steel building with composite metal siding
• Three high bays with six special fabric, fold-up doors and two 25-ton bridge cranes
• 25,000 s.f. two-story office and lab area featuring masonry, drywall, electrical, mechanical and interior finishes
• Provides areas for assembly and checkout of fully integrated Boeing Delta 4 rockets ready for transfer to the launch pad
• Strict tolerance for level floors to ensure precise mating of individual rocket components; achieved tolerance never before achieved in the industry
• Featured in Engineering News-Record Magazine - top “Newsmakers of 2000” for achieving this new standard for super flat concrete floors
