Having completed several successful projects for Gulfstream Corporation, The Haskell Company was selected to design and build a 200,000 s.f. service center at the Savannah, Georgia International Airport. Gulfstream is the leading producer of large business jets.

This facility is one of the largest service centers for corporate aircraft in North America. The center is equipped to provide aircraft inspections, major and minor repairs, avionics service, aircraft modifications and engine changes. Gulfstream technicians are able to work on 16 to 20 jet aircrafts at one time, depending on the model.

The hangar building measures 340 feet by 455 feet with 30-foot high doors opening into two 69,000 s.f. service bays. The three-story service core between the two hangar bays provides customer offices and other administrative space. Included are twelve office suites dedicated for exclusive customer use, crew lounges, crew showers, and a 4,200 s.f. lobby.
