Project Highlights:

• Construction management-at-risk engagement for an emergency upgrade and expansion to an existing wastewater treatment facility
• Phase 1 of the project upgraded treatment and expanded the facility to 1.8MGD while Phase 2 increased capacity to 4.0 MGD
• Preconstruction services included estimating, scheduling, value engineering and constructability reviews
• Project components included site development, tilt-up process/administration building, disinfection, effluent outfall with marine diffuser, influent pump stations, pretreatment structure upgrades with mechanical bar scren, secondar treatment process package plants, chemical feed, emergency generator, electrical and instrumentation, UV disinfection, solids dewatering and an effluent pump station
• Delivered on fast track schedule
• Phase 1 Shared Savings of $425,000 returned to client
