Project Highlights:

• 144,000 SF, five story, 501 Design-Build student housing facility on 4.5 acres
• Five-story, suite style, 2-person living units with shared bathrooms
• Housing facility consists of a director’s apartment, RA suites, meeting rooms, multi-purpose room with kitchen, laundry room, grille/snack bar and exterior patio deck
• Three-story, 360-space parking structure with 40 surface spaces and a stand alone chiller plant
• "2008 Design-Build Excellence Award Winner" Design-Build Institute of America
• "2008 Excellence in Constrution Award" Associated Builders and Contractors, First Coast Chapter
