The design-build of a new Terrace Suite at the south end zone was one of several upgrades completed by Haskell at the Alltel stadium prior to Superbowl XXXIX.

Constructed between seasons the new suite uses previously unused space to create a club that accommodates 700 patrons and provides a platform for 8,000 temporary seats for major events.

Improvements included kitchen and catering facilities, sports bar, concessions, restrooms and new escalator access.
