Following the successful completion of the stadium Haskell was commissioned to design-build new practice fields and facilities to allow greater access for viewing training sessions by the general public.

The eight month project provided three NFL regulation fields, two natural turf and one artificial, with specialist designed irrigation and drainage systems to allow year round use under all conditions.

The project provides for full ADA compliant access and grandstands, and included civil improvements to adjacent roadways and bus lanes.
