This project provides new safe and secure parking in Jacksonville’s city center.  The seven-story structure provides 1,350 spaces with 10,000 s.f. of ground level retail space.  It is constructed of pre-stressed precast concrete on a drilled pier caisson foundation system with factory topped double tees and precast façade.  As the design-builder, Haskell provided experienced technical assistance resulting in a cost savings of $1.9 million.  Lighting and long visible sight lines create a secure atmosphere throughout the garage.  Long term maintenance and operational cost control were designed into the building.
