The Haskell Company was selected by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) to provide design-build services for a 4,500-space parking facility.  This project totals two million square feet, including two parking garages and an enplane drive bridge, which connects the passenger arrival lanes with the existing top floor of one of the garages.

The project construction consists of a five-story addition to an existing garage; five cast-in-place stair towers, located in each garage; and a landscaped atrium with a waterfall and fountain feature. The facilities were fully cast-in-place structures with post-tensioned slabs and beams.  The first million square feet was designed and turned over to the owners in eleven months, and the second million square feet was completed in only nine months.
