Florida State College of Jacksonville chose Haskell as their team to build a secure parking structure that would allow growth.  Haskell balanced a design that maximized parking spaces on a constrained site while contextually fitting into their campus style and aesthetics.  Open, airy and well-lit stair towers and elevators were designed to create secure open areas.  The structure provides 585 spaces in four levels.  The structure is pre-stressed precast concrete with factory topped double tees and precast molding detail along the top of the structure that matches the existing campus.
