• Steel frame, concrete masonry unit walls, metal roof, concrete floor, heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Electronic controls, sensors and monitoring equipment are also necessary for the trainer operation
• Fire protection, communication system, entrance canopy, mechanical and electrical utilities, emergency generator, technical operating manuals, parking, loading dock and site improvements
