Contractually, this project was to meet a "Certified" government self-certified level. During the construction process, NAVFAC officials determined they wanted to pursue certification through the USGBC. Haskell was able to exceed its contractual obligations by attaining a USGBC LEED Silver Certification.

- Included renovation of single story office
