- Three-story research office building, offering administrative areas for visiting researchers and providing director-level offices for permanent staff
- Structural steel frame, site cast tilt-up walls with in-laid brick and build-up roof, constructed on a 12.5-acre congested site
- Raised access flooring, underfloor air distribution, high-bay labs, access card security system, HVAC chiller with rooftop units and dual utility feeders, double ended substation, 500 KVA UPS, and 750 KVA generator
