 Project Highlights:

• Design-Build 225,000 SF campus-wide renovations and additions on an existing, occupied and constraint campus
• •
Scope required eight phases to replace systems and renovate spaces consisting of new interior finishes, flooring, painting and acoustical ceiling
• •
Complete replacement of the mechanical, electrical and data communications systems and installation of a new 600-ton chiller while maintaining campus operations
• •
New 4,000 seat football field complex, concession building, ROTC range, outdoor sports courts and a 175-space parking lot
• •
Relocation of student facilities to portable classrooms during certain phases
