Project Highlights:

• Design-Build 227,138 SF campus-wide renovations and additions on an existing, occupied and constraint campus that included seven new facilities and renovations of nine existing buildings
• •
Scope required two phases to add and renovate spaces while maintaining campus operations
• •
Phase I included construction of a new 27,138 SF, 750-seat performing arts theater (theater designed by others), demolition and construction of the athletic fields and construction of a new baseball field and concession building at Gibson Park New 4,000 seat football field complex and concession building
• •
Phase II included renewal of nine buildings on the main campus and construction of  two new buildings
• •
