CSX Transportation decided to expand its Florida presence with a major addition to its existing customer service center located in Jacksonville., Florida. One of the major challenges of this project was the clients desire to sell an existing 180,00 sf operations facility construct a new 140,000 sf facility, and have both projects under one master lease agreement. Haskell’s successful proposal included a complicated and sophisticated lease-back transaction and full design-build services for the new facility; all delivered within 9 months of the notice of award.
