This first building of a planned four-building development on 35-acres involved delivery of preconstruction and construction management services.  The five story building provides 139,000 s.f. of office space with on site parking for 1,250 vehicles.

This composite steel deck structure has a precast shell, surrounded with an energy efficient envelope, including reflective glass.
