Peter Rummell was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Nicklaus Companies in Palm Beach, Florida.  He previously served as CEO of St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE), was Chairman of Walt Disney Imagineering, and was Vice-chairman of Rockefeller Center Management Corporation.  He is a former chair of the Florida Council of 100 and is immediate past chair of the Urban Land Institute Foundation, a world-wide real estate organization promoting intelligent use of land.   

Peter is a recipient of numerous state and national business awards. He serves on the board of Avalon Bay Communities, a Virginia-based REIT, and holds a BA from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Wharton.
